Zen Control services are offered by the company DOMS Services and consist of offering passengers the possibility of having items taken from them during security checks at the inspection and screening points of Geneva International Airport sent by mail.The testing phase is scheduled to last until 31/12/2026. During this period, Zen Control services are offered only to passengers using the Priority Lane of the CSC.These services are not offered in the French sector of the airport.

Eligible items

ZEN Control Services can be offered for all items removed during security screening (items not permitted in the cabin according to applicable regulations) and whose dimensions do not exceed 180 mm x 260 mm x 50 mm (no weight limit), including in particular valuable perfumes and cosmetics (creams, etc...).For perfumes, creams and other cosmetic products , the service is in principle reserved for items whose value is estimated at at least CHF 100.- by Geneva Airport security agents.This estimate is made at the time of the check. How it works

If you wish to use this service (and if your item is eligible), the security agent will give you an explanatory leaflet and the envelope reference label.Once you have left the control area, log in to zen-control.com , choose the desired service, fill in the requested information and then make your payment.

Payment and shipping deadlines

You have 15 days to log in to the zen-control.com website and make your payment.After this period, your item will be considered abandoned and you will no longer be able to retrieve it.After payment, your item will be sent no later than 2 business days later.Delivery times depend on your destination country.

Shipment tracking

Abandonment of the object

If your item has been placed in a Zen-Control envelope and you ultimately do not wish to benefit from this service, you can log in to the zen-control.com website and click on "I abandon my item".Without action on your part, your item will be considered abandoned after 15 days.

Question 10

Cancellation - Refund

After payment or request to abandon your item, it is not possible to cancel your request.A refund for the service is only possible if you have made your payment but the envelope reference number is unknown or if your item cannot be shipped for the following reasons:presence of liquid leakage (for an item authorized for shipment)lost itemOnly the payment for the service will be refunded - no other compensation is possible.If you attempt to send an item that is prohibited from being shipped, your item will not be shipped and will be considered abandoned.You will not be entitled to any compensation or refund for the service.To request a refund, please visit the "Contact" page of the zen-control.com website.The refund for the service will be issued to the original payment method used.The refund usually takes between 3 and 5 days to appear on your card.

Breakage / Loss

DOMS Services will not be responsible in any way for the loss or breakage of your item.You will not be entitled to any compensation.

I am not receiving emails
