GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Version updated on 16/08/2026

Article 1 - General Provisions and Scope

These conditions establish the exclusive contractual framework between DOMS Services, a sole proprietorship registered in the Geneva cantonal commercial register under number IDE CHE-130.286.474 (hereinafter "The Provider"), and any person (hereinafter "The Client") requesting its personal item delivery service.
These services (hereinafter referred to as "Zen Control services") may be offered when an item is refused during a security check at Geneva Airport (excluding the French sector). They offer the Client a postal delivery solution for the refused item.

Geneva Airport (and any third-party company responsible for security checks) is in no way a party to the contractual relationship for Zen Control Services and is not responsible for the provision of Zen Control Services or for the items entrusted to the Provider, in particular in the event of damage, destruction or loss thereof.

Article 2 - Purpose of the service

Zen Control services consist of offering passengers the possibility of having items taken from them during security checks at the inspection and screening points of Geneva International Airport (excluding the French sector) sent by mail.

During the test phase scheduled until 31/12/2026, ZEN Control Services are only offered to passengers using the Priority Lane of the CSC.

Article 3 - Eligible Items

ZEN Control Services can be offered for all items removed during security screening (items not permitted in the cabin according to applicable regulations) and whose dimensions do not exceed 180 mm x 260 mm x 50 mm (no weight limit), including in particular valuable perfumes and cosmetics (creams, etc...).

For perfumes, creams and other cosmetic products, the service is in principle reserved for items whose value is estimated at at least CHF 100.- by the security agents of Geneva Airport.

This estimate is made at the time of the check. This estimated value of CHF 100.- does not, however, automatically guarantee access to the service; final eligibility is assessed by the security officer with regard to all applicable criteria.

Exceptions:

Zen Control Services cannot be provided for the following items:

▪ Bottles and other containers of liquids, with the exception of certain perfumes and cosmetic products

▪ perishable foodstuffs

▪ hazardous or corrosive materials

▪ flammable fuels and products

▪ weapons, firearms, ammunition or explosives

▪ of any item whose shipment is prohibited by current postal or customs regulations

This list is not exhaustive: it is necessary to refer in particular to the regulations applicable for the transport of goods by post as well as, where applicable, to the applicable customs regulations (in particular depending on the country of destination).

Article 4 - Client's Commitments and Obligations

The Client agrees to provide an accurate and truthful description of the item.

In the event of a false declaration, his liability could be invoked.

The Customer agrees to comply with postal and customs restrictions.

Article 5 - Service operation (during the testing phase)

Step 1: During the security check

If the passenger wishes to retrieve their item later:

1. The security officer assesses whether the item can benefit from the Zen Control service.
2. If the item is deemed eligible, it is placed in a Zen Control envelope bearing a reference number.
3. An explanatory leaflet is given to the passenger along with a copy of the reference number in the form of a label.
4. The envelope is sealed and then deposited in the designated collection system.

Step 2: After the check

Once the check is complete, the passenger goes to the Zen Control website https://www.zen-control.com and:

• enters the reference number shown on its label
• provides their name, surname and delivery address
• completes the other required information, including the precise description
• processes payment for the service

This procedure is carried out outside the control zone.

Step 3: Shipping the item

After validation of the file and receipt of payment, the item is prepared by DOMS Services and then handed over to the postal services for delivery to the address indicated.

Article 6 - Prices

Prices as of 16/08/2026

For delivery to Switzerland: CHF 19.- (VAT included)

For shipping within Europe: CHF 29.- (VAT included)

For shipping to the rest of the world: CHF 39.- (VAT included)

Priority Plus option for "Europe" and "Rest of the World" (if available for the destination country): CHF 5.- VAT included

Customs clearance fees and import taxes are not included and are the responsibility of the Customer.

Article 7 - Processing Time

The Client has fifteen (15) days to register their request and make the online payment.

Once these steps have been completed and the envelope has been taken into account by the Provider, the shipment is made at the latest within two (2) working days (D+2).

Delivery times depend on the destination country.

Article 8 - Abandonment of the object

If a customer's item has been placed in a Zen Control envelope and they ultimately do not wish to benefit from this service, they can log on to the website https://www.zen-control.com and click on "I abandon my item".

If no action is taken on his part, his item will be considered abandoned after fifteen (15) days.

Article 9 - Cancellation and refund

After payment or request to abandon their item, the Customer does not have the option to cancel their request.

A refund for the service is only possible if the Customer has made payment but the envelope reference number is unknown or if the item cannot be shipped for the following reasons:

  • presence of liquid leakage (for an item authorized for shipment)

  • lost item

Only the payment for the service will be refunded - no other compensation is possible.

If the Customer attempts to send an item prohibited from being sent (postal and/or customs restrictions) and/or if the description of the item provided by the Customer is not sufficiently precise for the Provider to determine if the item is eligible for postal delivery, their item will not be shipped and will be considered abandoned.

In these cases, the Client will not be entitled to any compensation or refund for the service.

Article 10 - Breakage / Loss

The Service Provider will not be responsible in any way for the loss or breakage of an item entrusted by a Client.

The Client will not be entitled to any compensation.

As a reminder of article 1, Geneva Airport (and any third-party company responsible for security checks) is in no way a party to the contractual relationship for Zen Control Services and is not responsible for the provision of Zen Control Services or for the items entrusted to the Provider, in particular in the event of damage, destruction or loss thereof.

Article 11 - Intellectual Property

No element of this website may be used or copied without the prior consent of the Service Provider.

Article 12 - Personal Data

The Client's data is used solely for the provision of the Services; it is retained for one (1) year. The Provider does not sell any personal data.

The Client may request a copy or the deletion of their personal data.

To do this, the Client must send their request from the Contact page or send an email to contact@zen-control.com .

Article 13 - Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

In case of dispute, the place of jurisdiction is Geneva. Swiss law applies.
